2.After-sales Service Instructions：A complete full unboxing video is mandatory for any after-sales request, which must start from opening the outer waterproof bag. If the video footage is incomplete and the issue cannot be verified, we will not process your after-sales application.
Please contact customer service within 24 hours upon receipt if any items are missing from your package.

1.Shipping & Shipping Fee Policy：Orders will be dispatched within 7 days after payment.Free shipping applies to orders with a total of $60 or more. A shipping fee of $15 will be charged for orders under $60. Estimated delivery time is within 3 weeks.
